Getting started with Validation is an exciting time. We’ve tried to make the onboarding process simple.

Once you’ve logged in as an admin, click “Agents” in the top menu, then click the blue “New Agent” button which will open the window you see further down this page.

Once the form loads, simply fill it out with your team members name, email address and their access level.

Validation will send your agent an email with a link which they will need to click in order to confirm their email address.

Your agent will submit a selfie, set up their 2FA, then be on their way,.
